NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION
My services are primarily aimed at women and my practice is tailored to the needs of my female clients.
Therefore, I do not accept new male clients without a personal referral.
Existing male clients are not affected by this policy and may continue to book appointments with me. Men who are personally recommended by an existing client are also welcome to schedule an appointment.

HEALTH INSURANCE
If you want your treatment reimbursed, please note that you have to inquire IN ADVANCE at your health insurance whether part of your treatment is covered by your supplementary insurance or your health/preventive account (every health insurer only reimburses treatments according to their catalog of services). For the request to your health insurance company, you can enter my ZSR number O184564 for verification. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION IF PREVENTED
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise the booked treatment will be charged in full.
For technical reasons, the SMS reminder will only be sent 24 hours before the treatment appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
If you arrive late, there is no entitlement to compensation and the time will be charged in full.
