If you want your treatment reimbursed, please note that you have to inquire IN ADVANCE at your health insurance whether part of your treatment is covered by your supplementary insurance or your health/preventive account (every health insurer only reimburses treatments according to their catalog of services). CANCELLATION IF PREVENTED
If you are unable to attend, the appointment must be canceled 22 hours in advance. Otherwise the amount will be charged in full. If you arrive late, there is no entitlement to a replacement and the time will be charged in full.
